Refund policy

Please do let us know about any issues or complaints regarding any items and product at the time of delivery itself or within the same day (12hrs) of delivery. Please note, we will require images in case this event arises. While it may not be possible to replace product or items immediately due to stocks at times, we will try to replace the item/items as soon as possible or make an adjustment for the amount with a future order, after a review.

For all our products – Please share your feedback and pictures for any complaint regarding non-perishable and packaged items within 2 days from date of delivery. We will try to replace the item/items as soon as possible, based on availability, or make an adjustment for the amount with a future order, after a review. Once refund has been approved, will be initiated in 5-7 working days. Refund will be processed using the same mode of payment used for making payment while placing the order.

For Order Cancellations – Orders once placed, cannot be edited online, whereas when we do get in touch with you during the confirmation / order preparation stage you could add or subtract items, thereby generating a new bill/order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should inform us with details at care@essenzaa.com or call us at +91-22-46013886

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
